Email archiving
Download selected messages or complete folders to ZIP archives; a training video is also available.

The minimum password length is 12 characters. It should contain uppercase and lowercase letters, digits and special characters. Do not reuse the same password for other services.
Webmail layout tip
To switch from a three-column layout to a view closer to classic Outlook, open Mail → Options → Layout and select the desktop-style view. Menu wording may depend on the language selected in webmail.
